Ingredients:- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup grated fresh horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
Au Jus Sauce
Ingredients:- 2 packets beef buillion
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- ¼ cup red wine
- 1 cup water
- 2 6”x6” matzos
- 4 oz. milk chocolate, melted
- ½ cup Marcona almonds or salted cashews, chopped
- ½ Tbsp. fleur de sel or coarse sea salt
