All products purchased online ship free to residential addresses within the continental US. Online mattress orders feature free, white-glove delivery. This service includes the delivery into your home, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.
Orders cancelled prior to shipment will be refunded. Custom orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Online Returns and Refunds
Unused and unopened bedding in new condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase, for a refund or store credit. Exceptions include pet beds, covers and mattresses, subject to the terms of our comfort accommodations policy, mattress toppers, foundations and box springs, and custom-order products. Freight charges, if applicable, are non refundable. Please contact us before returning any merchandise, as returns require an RMA.
Pricing and Promotions
Promotional offers cannot be combined and adjustments to prior purchases cannot be made. Offers posted online apply to online orders only, unless otherwise indicated.
